You had a pettition for reimbursement for losing you ship and pod (probably due to lag or something server side) and it went thru. CCP returned you ship and reimbursed you in ISK to buy a new clone.

What?
Nobody can get in RU-97T except for the torunament pilots. This means that you were accidentally podded in the tournament and had your clone(+ship) refunded.

RU-97T is the system that the Tournaments take place in. This means that he was killed probably after fighting had finished, and was told to petition it. The ship has apparently been returned to him.
You take what is offered. And that must sometimes be enough. |

I have tried to petition for loss of a ship, as that I am new player, but on trail only, and according to the "Petitions" page on Eve, I have non, yet I do not have the money re-embursed.
is that only for full accounts?
