Can you provide a full explanation(including tech details) as to why server is crashing?

When are we ever going to get reimbursed for all the lossed time. It has happened a lot this week but like 2 weeks ago it happened again around 2 times. I am tired of CCP refusing to reimburse for all this lossed time. what is it now every month theres 2 weeks with crashes?

We are experiencing a database problem, issue is revolving around a faulty node in the third cluster of the Degobah system.

christ ppl, take a chill pill, ccp are professionals doing the best they can, believe me i.t. is no cakewalk, just like with any other new technology, there's gonna be bugs.. just gotta squish em one at a time. (untill a new patch comes out and a whole new species of bugs are born...)

i will take a pill in the form of 2 days back on all my accounts since this is crap. i love this game and love ccp but this is not acceptable in any way.

Sure, but we need to get reimbursed for all the lossed time. Im tired of this. Years after release this stuff has continued to happen and we get no reimburished.

try a 700 mil isk ship half shields and warp scrammed, ill expect full reimbursment of ship rigs and mods.
while im at it ill have a deduction on my next EVE bill, i think its the least ccp can do.
