Patch day was only 48 hours ago, its to be expected.
3-4 more days down the line and it'll be back to business :) -

I doubt that.Just wait until the weekend.
Patch was not 48 hours ago either.More like 12 hours.Unless you get your patch earlier than the rest of us.

I agree, I just got the trial and I like the game so far but if this is how the server is usually im holding out for some hardware/software upgrades to smooth things out... I was in WOW during their "transitional phase"; for nearly a month you had to deal with 10k latency, 20 minute lag spikes, and server rollbacks several times a day. I have no desire to repeat that experience. I still think I'd subscribe, but first Id set a long skill to train and wait a month lol.

EVE's servers are not normally like this. But they are a really different kind of server to any other game server out there, so it takes a little longer to fix any problems that occur sometimes.

I have never seen problems like this persist for more than a week at most. For the most part the servers are stable. There was a patch deployed just the other day, and sometimes there are stability issues after a patch, but CCP usually gets them fixed within a couple days.
