If for example my mining skill is 5 (+25% to yield)
and im using Miner 1 with a "mining amount" of 40 (+25% from skill)
and im mining Veldspar - how do i count the Time and the Ore amount i receive in that time?
and - is there any differences that if im mining Veldspar or Omber?

the "mining amount" is cubic meters or ore I believe. So no matter what you're mining, you'll always receive X m3 of ore

However this is rounded down to the nearest unit and different ores take up different volumes.
For example, with your yield of 40m3, that's 400 units of veldspar per cycle as veldspar is 0.1m3 per unit.
If you were mining omber that's 66 units per cycle or 39.6m3 of omber (0.6m3).
If you were mining arkonor you'd only get 2 units per cycle or 32m3 as that's 16m3 per unit. The other 8m3 is wasted as you can't have less than 1 unit of an item.

how long dose it take to mine the "mining amount" in the attributes?
is it like... 20 ore\60 seconds?

It tells you in the activation duration stat. All miners take 60 seconds to cycle, and all strips have a 3 minute cycle.
I'm not sure about deep core stuff though, but you don't need to know about that yet.

There should be some kind of an attribute in the "show info" window of the mining lasor that will tell you how long it takes, maybe under "cycle time." For normal mining lasers it's usually 60 seconds.

...and to calculate the amount you really get out of a Miner, you best fit it to you ship and Show Info then.
Also I noticed my real amount to fluctuate a little bit to compensate for the mismatch between targeted amount in m¦ and size of the ore.
