Looking for a toon to do ice mining. It does not need to have massive amounts of SP or PVP-related skills, willing to go as high as 2.5bil for the right character

I have one for sale.
Mackinaw pilot pumps out 30+ BLOCKS/HR.
Some PvP, and some production/trade.

Still looking....It doesn't have to be awesome or be able to fly anything other than exhumers cause that's all I need on it pretty much. Looking in the range of 2 to 2.5 bil

I also have made contact and a deal was struck, he will be recieving my hulk pilot, which also comes with a hulk fitted with cargo optimization rigs, 3 x strip miners, 3x modulated strippers, and 3x harvestors aswell as numeous skill books and a few other items strewn about the universe. This pilot is also capable of flying battle cruisers and battleships. I have agreed to pay the transfer fee. Price agreed upon is 1.4 Billion, character would have been sent already but got bumped off and waiting for servers to come up.
