Ok reposting due to the last buyer breaking off contact and never paying.

I'll be in highsec at the end of this auction and have never left the noob corp. The security rating is 0.1.
Wallet balance is positive but no significant isk to speak about.
There will also be no assets included. There are also no implants.
Starting bid: 500 million
Bid increment: 50 million

Buyout: 1.25 billion

The buyout seems a little steep considering the characters learnign skills still need a good 750k-1mil to get to an acceptable level (imo), would you consider a buyout offer of 900mil?
