This is an opportunity for you to buy this Gallente character with a good variety of skills and a large number of prerequisites filled giving wide scope for further development.
First, a few administrivia items:
* He has a positive ISK balance.
* I will pay the transfer fee.
* He has a positive sec status, and is currently located in a hi-sec system.
* He will have minimal assets on sale.
* He has no bounty or killrights at the present time.
* At present he has a +1 implant set yielding the following attributes:
Charisma: 14
Intelligence: 17
Perception: 22
Memory: 18
Willpower: 20
A complete skill list can be viewed here but for those wanting a quick overview I offer the following information:
97 known skills
24,500,000 SP and rising
41 Skills at Level V
Drones - 4.8 Million - can use Caldari, Gallente and Minmatar T2 heavy drones
Electronics - 1.4 Million - Electronics V, Propulsion Jamming V (interdiction sphere prerequisite) and Sig Analysis V
Engineering - 1.8 Million - has maxed cap and energy grid skills
Gunnery - 6.5 Million - Can use Small and Medium T2 blasters and rails, and has Advanced Weapon Upgrades V
Industry - 250 points - No industrial fat here!
Learning - 2.5 Million points - Only Charisma isn't properly developed.
Mechanic - 1.3 Million points - Full T2 armour tank skills including EANM II. Compensation skills are mostly at IV with EM at III.
Navigation - 1.7 Million points - T2 ABs and MWDs
Science - 286,000 points - Enough science to satisfy Interdiction Sphere requirements.
Spaceship Command - 4 Million points - Gallente Frigate + Cruiser (great Thorax pilot!) + Industrial V, Destroyers V, Battlecruiser IV, Interceptors IV, Assault ships and Battleships are learned but only at level I at present.
With such a solid foundation it is possible to move him in a number of directions - HAC, Interdictor or Battleship to name but three - according to your personal playstyle, taste, and needs.
The terms of the auction are:
Minimum bid: 2.5 Billion ISK
Minimum increment: 250 Million ISK
Reserve price: Hidden, but will post once met.
Buyout price: 6 Billion ISK
Sniper rule: 15 minutes

If you wish to remain unassociated with this transaction on the forums, then by all means talk to me in game - but with your main. I am - understandably I hope - wary that a 18 day character with no forum posting history will be able to legitimately fund the purchase of this character.
If anyone wishes to negotiate with me directly, I am usually in game on Elaron between 1700 and 2100 EVE-time weeknights, and for longer over the weekend.
