..is no longer exploit?
i had 2 wars vs same corp and both wars there was a dude leaving and joining when wars ended, and now GM tells me that he is allowed to do that? since when, as long as i remember it was considered an exploit?
or i just got a noob GM?

How could that possibly be an exploit? If they don't want to fight, they're free to leave as far as I know.

Disbanding the corp and reforming it with almost the same membership is an exploit.
One person leaving and coming back later isn't.

Why should that be a exploit? Just because you cant start your empire war? Its easy to start a war, so it should be easy for the pilots to run away, if they dont want to play your game.

I am just wondering would those players get banned if the corp disbands because the war initiated an internal discussion which brings the corp to every member leave?
A rather weirdly decided exploit.

I'm guessing they wardecced a corp with a freighter that usually runs an afk route in empire and the freighter pilot left the corp for the duration of the war. As is already stated, this isn't an exploit. The exploit is when you wardec a corp and they disband the corp and reform it in order to forcibly remove your wardec.
