ItÆs a good thing that there are constant values, and it is also good that there is a way to choose ôcurrentö distance, and if I for example, need to stay at a distance of 30km from the target, then the offered values give me this capability, but what if I want to stay at a distance of 80km? If from 40km I want to go to 20km, I am simply saying ôapproachö and watching the distance. What if I need to go from 20km to 40km? I need to use double-click, but in the conditions of a 3D space this cannot give the exact direction. I canÆt say ômove away,ö or something like it. This way it is a bit discriminating against the player using long range weapons. I believe that it would be reasonable to leave a few constant values in ôKeep at Rangeö and ôOrbit,ö and allow the player to set(in ôgame settings,ö for example) at least one value convenient to him personally. It has already been written here about insufficient distance choice in ôWrap to,ö so not wanting to repeat others I simply will say that for ôWarp toö I would suggest the same solution regarding distance setting.

I think warp to is fine but keep at range is pretty much useless and needs fixing.

Agreed.
More controll over distance is necessary. Even different ammo has optimal ranges. Maybe an option for "optimal rage"

Modify the keep at range option by adding a field in which player can type in a range. This field will save the previously typed entry, but can be reset by the player on demand (would take a few seconds longer when changing your 'custom') -------

I like idea in the personal for the orbit. hope it gets added in in a patch *crosses fingers* A Team player and enjoy seeing npc pirate`s go BOOM. |

Or : Have a slider next to the existent GUI that allows you to set a distance so you'll only have to set the "behavior" (ie. Orbit or Keep At Range).
Another adjustment about this, concerning "keep at range". For the moment, we can only keep at range with only ONE target. This can be dangerous for various reason. We should be able to keep at "least" range with all our target to avoid a target to closer than the range we set for one of the target.
(e.g. In my little tiny frig, i've "keep at range" 20 km with Serpentis Chief Defender, but, a nasty Serpentis Protector sneak to me at 4-5km and hurts me, which is bad ...) __________
