What I propose is a nerf to RL since our lives as pod pilots is really suffering as a result. RL is too powerful and also should have better countermeasures. At this time, RL is completely invulnerable and should be nerfed for balance.
1. Nerf work: 50 reduction in hours and 50% increase in rate of pay. This enables us to keep our accounts and have time to get on with our Eve lives without this alternate reality getting in the way.
2. Skill: Doorbell/phone evasion Rank 1.
This skill gives 20% reduction per level to doorbell or phone interference. Thereby offering 100% at level 5.
3. Skill: GF involvement rank 2.
A skill that gives 10% increase in gf interest in Eve per level. Giving this skill 20% per level is considered too powerful since even a pod pilot has to eat. The 50% lack of interest at level 5 means that the gf will still maintain interest in cooking/cleaning etc.
4. Highslot Module: Do not disturb dad.
Both t1 and t2 versions are used as a counter to disturbances by children. T2 fires the 'stinging backside' ammo while T1 only fires the 'grounded to bedroom' ammo. The rare officer mod has the ability to fire the faction 'no pocket money' sphere.
5. Midslot Module: We're not at home.
This powerful mod offers 50% to 'lights out' and 50% to 'be quiet' when relatives appear. T2 and officer mods give better bonuses. This mod has the drawback of increased kids pocket money drain.
6. Lowslot Module: Throw a sickie.
This mod acts on 'phone work' and gives a bonus of 20% to 'sound like you're sick' and a massive -60% to targets level of 'disbelief'.
This should allow us more life in Eve and add as effective counter to the invulnerability that RL has.

Still waiting for level 1 girlfriend interest to train. Got it installed, made her an account, but she finds the tutorial voice "boring, like a math teacher".
I taught her how to haul at mining ops, but obviously the "fun" factor is not going to be there =(

I'm afraid CCP doesn't have the ability to nerf real life, or the dice just haven't rolled a triple 12 which means they can nerf real life.

I agree with the OP. RL is way too overpowered and needs a nerf, it's gamebreaking!

I did consider a skill for 'level of fun' but I thought that it would boost 'carebear syndrome' far too much.
'GF interest in WOW' is a tough one to break without causing 'gf need for passion' to become overpowered. I think you need to persuade her to train 'eve is better' up a level or two.
