Now you see why. That sort of stuff drops all the time, tbh. People carry their most prized mods in shuttles and intys, which make for good killing...

Get off your empire hugging arse and take a look around 0.0 and you'll see plenty of isk farmer haulers/shuttles/scouts/ratters. Its a very complex system they have put together and I think you'd swiftly stick your foot in your mouth if you had any idea what you were talking about. Hunting ISK farmers is amazingly productive (and extremely aggravating....logoffski FTL) work and can net you haulers full of faction goodies when you catch the dumb ones.

RA lost a carrier once to 15 isk farming ravens.
