Does anyone know what the current delay on petitions is ?
I submitted a petition 19 days ago and I haven't heard a thing yet, I know there are queues but it's nearly been three weeks !!!
A three run bpc didn't return after I did one production run.
I understand priority is given to 'billing' and 'stuck' petitions which stop people playing and I have no problem with that. However, having a lower priority petition issue can also stop people playing if it ties up their assets.

The main problem here I'd imagine is based off a) which type of petition you sent through, and b) how many petitions CCP already have.
With the recent server issues, I'd imagine that the GM's do have a great deal of petitions, especially the low priority reimbursement ones, to get through. This greatly increases the time it takes for a petition to be replied to.
If it doesn't end up being answered, I'd cancel it and put it in again. It's possible it drowned in the sea of whines D:

You should probably have petitioned that in stuck, since you're blueprint was "stuck" in the sense you never got it back.

Yeah, throw that into a stuck petition and you will probably get it back within an hour.

Petitioning in stuck when you shouldn't petition in stuck, and you shouldn't in this case, will only result in you being asked to petition in the correct category. Thus you will delay your own petition further as well as delay the petitions of those who are really stuck.

It might be a good idea to show the current delay in petitions. This will be good for 2 things :
1 people will know how long they have to wait for a reply. This will also prevent people to petition in the wrong category because they will know when they will get an answer. 2 There will be more focus on the petition problems. Atm it takes way too long to get an answer. e.g. if you loose your ship to a bug and you don't get it back for at least a few weeks you most probably have to buy a new one while you actually don't need one.

I specifically didn't petition in 'stuck' for exactly the reason you state Wrangler, I petitioned in 'Factories, Labs & Blueprints' which I considered to be the most appropriate section.
Nevertheless, 19 days with several hundered million isk adrift ..... :/

I had to wait about a month total for my petition with a few billion adrift but it did get answered. Hang in there.

Aah, well same problem, can only give it some more time anyways. Although I didnt really find the right section in which to fill mine. How would you describe that: Docking up in a station to reappear in the system your clone center is located in a fresh noob clone with all your implants gone ? And no, I have no podkill mail...>.<
Beware, in Caldari low sec, stations pod you.

My sympathies for your long wait.

My recent one was 2-3 weeks, but it didn't involve hundreds of millions of ISK like yours.
With 190,000 paying EVE customers and game time costing $11-15/month, CCP collects from us $2.1-2.8 million/month ($25-34 million/year). Server upgrades? |
