Hi,
i downloaded the game last night and enjoyed an hours free poking about in my litte spaceship. But, i've just tried to log on to the 'tranquillity' server and have received the message "Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number is wrong."
Is this an issue with my connection or an issue with the server? If it is an issue with the server is there web page that allows you to see its current status? If it is my connection/firewall, is there anything i can do?
Sorry if this is a faq.
Note: NOT a good start to my trial.

Called Daily Downtime. It'll come back soon.
EDIT: 11-12 GMT everyday (Remember in UK it's BST - GMT +1 atm).

You're a newbie, and there's next to no documentation associated with this game. You're 100% forgiven.
Come back in a month, though, and whine about there being an hour of downtime a day, and we're breaking your chops. ^_^

There are threads even on downtime, but those are only from newbs and trolls

Please don't worry about asking what you may call "Silly" questions. As already stated in this thread, you are new, and there is little documentation in this game, so please please please ask away.
Oh, but yes, we WILL break your chops if you ask about downtime in a months time
