About a month ago I lost my lvl 4 mission Raven due to inattentiveness. This is OK because clone jumping from 0.0 to empire and doing missions was getting boring. I'm ready to scrap doing missions all together, but now I'm left with 250K LP. Just wondered if there was a well known "best" way to convert this LP to ISK. My character doesn't have trading or industry skills, mainly all combat, so the buying BP and the like would be a secondary option for me. Thanks for any advice.
I've always heard most people equate 1LP to around 1K ISK, this would be a fine conversion rate. I'd rather get a little less but convert it fast and easy rather than spend a lot of time and effort to squeeze a few more ISK from each LP.

There is an item that can be sold to NPCs for like 1k ISK/LP, Nexus Chips I think? That's the baseline. If you can tolerate a bit more effort and risk try faction ammo.

The best LP->ISK I've found (using market prices and Calc (Open Office spreadsheet app) was navy Ravens.
Won out vs. +4 implants, +5 implants and *Connections skillbooks. I didn't check faction ammo though.
Before you cash in for ammo though just craft a quick calc spreadsheet and compare the things I mentioned to faction ammo.

What I found is, nexus chip.
For example, Gallente Alpha nexus chip can be found at 8000LP. You can easely find NPC buyer at 8M isk. So you will get perfect 1 LP == 1000 isk ratio. (except tax)
Problem is, Not all LP shop sell nexus chip.

Faction XL hybrid ammo. It sells for stupid ISK. And the supply is very low - so no competition.

Faction ammo used to be the best, still is the best, but no idea for how long.
Used to sell for over 3k ISK/LP, now still sells good at over 2k ISK/LP.
Might eventually drop close to 1k ISK/LP if enough people catch on and saturate the market.
You'd have to be pretty naive to take anything at or under 1k ISK/LP (like nexus chips or MOST implants), you're throwing away half of your potential profits.
The only redeeming quality of nexus chips (which by the way, not all corps offer in their LP shop) is that you don't need to use any extra ISK up-front, and you don't even need a player buyer, as you sell directly to a NPC corp buy order for 1k ISK/LP minus taxes.
