I have a second account and due to my old credit card expiring the billing cycle was interupted (as it should be). Last night, I attempted to reactivate, but received only errors:
An unexpected error has occured, please try pressing your browsers back button and try again. If the problem persists contact support. (ref: (removed))
I petitioned the problem last night and expected the issue to be resolved during the night (yes I am a demanding customer).
I have not yet receieved any response, and my account is now "locked". When I log in on the "my account" part of this site, I no longer get an indication that my account is inactive. However, if I attempt to access "subscription details" or "change credit card information" I get the same error as last night:
An unexpected error has occured, please try pressing your browsers back button and try again. If the problem persists contact support. (ref: (removed))
My question is this: who do I complain to if it turns out I am being billed without being able to play?

I can't even turn a trial to a pay account! Every attempt results in a "not authorized" with an eventual "too many tries" type error. Every card type. I am NOT going to use the "pay by cash" as I have no confidence that this will work and is more risky than using my card. I suspect their payment gateway is very broken. Two petitions unanswered. Hopefully they are so busy working on this bug that no one has time to answer....

Im having the same problems with 2 different accounts. Infact Im going to have 1 account suspended as of tonight because of this. CCP has screwed their billing system up big time and ****ed off alot of customers.

Same here, tried to update my trial account and only got "Error: not authorized" Have been trying for a few days now, with two different cards and still the same error message pops up. I even tried to buy a new account, without trial, but it still doesn't work
My husband updated his account just fine 4 days ago or so and now we cannot do the same to my account.. there has to be something wrong with the billing system.
Also petitioned, last night, no answer yet.

Can we get a GM to speak on this? First off we had the billing issues fixed more or less, now people cant reactivate their accounts. -

they have responded to my ticket, and basically they said its busted and they're working on it. --- I'm doing my part too! |

I have the same problem. In the meantime I bought a GTC from shatteredcrystal.com, it arrived surprisingly quickly. |

I cannot reactivate my other account. I used a GTC for this one but for the other one i use a credit card. I get the "unexpected error" message. Sometimes i get it when i log in. Also if it finally logs in, the pages load very slow.
