Easy . . . the Gallente racial bonus is +5% to tracking AND hybrid turret damage per level.
And why would you want to use hybrids on a Tempest when you have those nice damage and ROF bonuses?
... That's when I reach for my revolver ... |

It looks the coolest.
IMO the raven would look the coolest if it lost that last ugly lookin' protruding tailpipe.

And generaly caldari ships look like christmas trees
All those bliking lights and antennas can't be on for a good purpose can they?
No wonder they can be locked on faster than any other ship :p

What caldari Bses need for a bonus is 5% missile rof per level, and 5% missile/torp damage per lelve, stacking with the cruisemissile skill damage.

Well, on a serious note. Given that one of the major reason for caldari to not use missiles at range is the time it takes to get there, this kind of bonous might not be that silly. This all depends on what TomB manages to do to missile flight physics though.
