Has anyone figured out what the Concord response times are for each sec from 0.5 to 1.0?

1.0 ~ 5 seconds (donut shop is right around the corner)
0.5 ~ 20 seconds (donut shop is a few blocks down the road)
And if they have to chase you, they're bringing a butt whoopin with them.

practically before you can warp out, unless your already aligned.. then you get a beat down when you get out of warp.. they will be waiting!
and if you *can* avoid them, its considered an exploit/cheating and you can be banned.

Dont plan on tempting fate just needed to know how long it takes Concord to responde in the varous sectors to an attack.

If I new that I would have told ccp cause I got killed in a .9 system and Concord did not appear.

did you take from someones can/wreck? or were you at war? or did they pod you before concord showed up?
