auctioning off a large minmatar pos, fully armed, with 8 mobile labs. located 2 jumps from Jita, very near the hub of R&D agent systems. because the pos cannot be transferred to a player or corp, i am actually selling the corp that owns it. when you win the auction, join the corp with any character you choose and he will be made ceo and given all the shares. thus the pos is yours. here is the list of the pos makeup and whether or not mods are online.

starting bid was 1.4 billion, the pos mods to be offlined and unanchored are worth roughly 1.2 billion. so any offer under that will be rejected, because i would rather put the couple hours in and take it down and let the sell orders do the rest. i appreciate the interest. if you want to work out a 1 billion sell, i could decrease the worth of the tower by pulling off a few labs or something. corp sec status dropped after we made the corp, so another tower would not be possible. thus the reason i am trying to sell the corp.

im sorry, i was mistaken. Refiner's Fire has 8.68 standing to Caldari faction. so unless you run a mission with a member of this corp, it would stay there for additional towers.
