Honestly Im not sure what the big deal is anyway. The last couple days Ive run 2x accounts simultaneously with both characters in Jita on a subpar machine (3 year old eMachine, $300 all I could afford at the time), and I haven't noticed any lag worth mentioning (only problem I've seen is ISK deposited in account doesn't "register" for awhile and I have to logout/login).
Maybe I'm just lucky?
