I will just copy and paste my previous post, the Apoc and Typhoon are same in slots so it will work just as well on a apoc. All you need to do is balance your weapon activation cost to make sure they dont hurt your cap too much. Maybe even use 1400 to really tank yourself out.
High Slots
------------------
3x 1400mm
4x Heavy Launchers (arbalest or xr-3200)
1x Medium Named SmartBomb (or whatever you want)
Med Slots
------------------
1x Xlr Shield Booster
1x Shield Amp 30%
1x 50% Em Ward
1x 50% Thermal Ward (or possibly another shield amp)
Low Slots
------------------
7x Capacity Relays

No, it will not work with that cuz an Apoc has only 2 launcher slots. But the rest sounds good.

With 7 Cap Relays, a Med Slot Cap Charger and Energy Systems ops 5, you have enough cap recharge to run the XL Booster permanently, and enough to fire guns occaisionaly :P

a tempest has 5 medium and 6 low slots. Its a typhoon tank set up thats been pasted as the meduim and low slots the same as an apoc.

I use: 4xTachyon, 1xXL + 3xHardeners, 7xCapPowerRelay
I can activate everything and go have a nice long, hot bath, and they'll still be running when I come back (60+ mins, I'm like that). You need to train your amarr bs skill.
