System-Lords is one of eves premier PvP corps, highly skilled in small and large gang warfare, logistics and espionage. We have recently joined insurgency alliance to aid in the northern struggle against TRI, M.pire and Fatal to name a few.
ok what were looking for are some more USA and ANZAC (aussie and new zeland) time-zone players to bolster are current USA fleet.
minimum sp is 10 mil in pvp skills but we will make exceptions for pilots willing to learn and grow with us.
Were located in venal (northern 0.0) with offices around the entry points (taisy, hakkonen).
You must be prepared to fight, we are on ops every day and hostiles are everywhere. Voice comms is a must to, we use ventrilo.

is it true that Saltire and felysta FC'd a 40 v 250 fleet battle against BRUCE in mhc for over 5 hours?

Not quite 40 v 250, but one big bloodly abattoir in MHC/Syndicate in front of a ExM allied POS. Both BRUCE and ExM (S-L's old Syndicate alliance) came back again and again with new ships. I think over 350 wrecks or so.
Great fight.. BRUCE certainly lost more material, but we held the field (helped by time-zone advantages).
Good luck in Venal, S-L. Knock them dead.

Actually, EXM never got any new members log on... The 40 we started with was the 40 that stood the duration. BRUCE however constantly had fresh logins due to a timezone advantage. The final numbers were 40 vs 350, but there were never any more than 250 in system. The largest engagement however was 35 versus 120, which was also the most victorious for EXM.
Besides that, BRUCE also fielded 18 capital ships, of which two were destroyed.
Total kills somewhere around 350, total losses somewhere around 80.
Always outnumbered, never outgunned...
I've flown with this corp in one way or another for over 2 years now, and having flown with many others as well, can contest that this one has the best people!

Let's not get into what the numbers were, or what the ratio was, all in all it was one hell of a blood bath and an epic battle, and everyone had fun - thats what counts in my mind

I have been flying with SYLO for a while now. I have enjoyed all my time with them and learned a lot about PvP.
Even if you already know a lot about PvP, your sure to find great fights and learn some new tricks flying with us, and we are always willing to learn tricks from others as well.

System Lords have some awesome players... I used to love flying with these guys. They have some of the best FCs in game that I've ever seen. I joined them when Murder of Crows (also a top-notch PvP corp) merged with them, and spent some time engaging in glorious victory! That MHC fight was awesome... 6-1 odds and we came off winning with 4-1 kills!
Anyway, I left because I didn't like lowsec piracy, but now they're back in 0.0, I may rethink my resignation (if they'll have me back)!
