I have officially quit the league of extra-ordinary gentlemen and joined
a newly formed corp which i and darcon ybraha formed together we call it
Goodfellas inc. we quit because we whanted to make a better future for ourpeople
now on the supject of mining in vale of silent ive been there for a long time
learned alot and befriended with alot of people many who joined newly merged
Forsaken empire we have nothing against them in general but they have rated us -3.5
either live with us in peace or we can have a cat and mouse game for a long time
because ive said it before and i say it again I am not leaving.

Yes I did catch the little bugger after many weeks of frustration. But I am sassiated. Odin did pay.
Odin having gained some general respect for you we would lile the cat and mouse game to end. So as i told you and remind you again:
Rule 1: Leave our indys alone.
Rule 2: Now selling of quick jumps. If one person quick jumps past me im holding you responsible. Past me as in into the vale to illeagally ninja mine or harrass our operations. Past me as in also leaving with valuable ore that is rightfully ours.
Rule 3: Dont forget above rules.
Remember those and we wont have a problem. I caught you once, I know how to do it now, I know how to bypass your quick jumps. I'll do it again, Having said all this i hope we can get along. After all I always keep my word.

... "Rightfully"? 'Yours'?
The ore in 0.0 belongs to the one who can take it, either by wits or might. If someone other than you manages to carry it out, then that ore is rightfully theirs, not yours. Which makes the claim they're taking 'your' property baseless -- it's only yours after you manage to take it from them, not before.

I mean c'mon, just think about it. What would make more sense then the 3 most hated alliances teaming up to lay waste to the people they all hate anyways? CA is already allied with PA, and TPS lies between the two alliances. Natural allies to be sure. But it's not just that, all but PA (and even some of them) have adopted a "stfu and die, or come and fight us, we don't give a **** what you think or do" philosophy, as well as a PvP Kill everyone not friend kind of mentality. These are the people in eve that kill or convert, the ones dedicated to the death of others, because history, circumstance, and the rest of eve have driven then to do so (except TPS, who are just cool ass pirates ). |

If i remember right, NVA was allowing small scale mining operations in the space they claimed, free of charge until the region was closed down due to war... so you're wrong on all three accounts here. :s

FYI: What makes you think the majority of people cared particularly for NVA's "Ours! ALL OURS!" tactics earlier?
Well, I seem to recall certain people in this disucission has formerly spoken on th matter of "oretheft", saying that anything jettisoned is free game.
However, minerals not even liberated from the asteroids yet have a name tag on them?
One learns everyday, it seems.

as a matter of fact clipped nva's policy on any1 non nva found with ore in their hangars or mining the ore they were to be killed on sight. And yes there are big labels on the roids out in 0.0 come thru obe and p3 and find out

Vale of Silent first time I entered I came in a Merlin full of confidence 300 k of skill points some small wespons and I believe 20 rockets. I made it to P3EN and then I found myself in a pod
I cannot express my frustration at that point, but later I have learned to live with that risk of deep space mining. And I believe Vale of Silent would become a boring place without FE hunting me. And I must respect the way u have been podding me before the cloaking took place, I have never been podded when I jumped in but only when I approached a gate very fair.
But as I said before Vale of Silent is a good place to be and I will stay there as long as FE is there, because I don't think I could think of a more fun place to be in EVE, Veldspar and 2 k rats are just not as much fun as 85 k rats and real player pirates.
So as a last note I will just give my thanks to people players both pirates and friendlies for making Vale of Silent such a fun place to be in. And I hope to get podded and pk a lot of times yet.

Well over the past week alotta ninja miners met their end despite our warnings...so...yup its rightfully ours now.
Now I spent the first couple of days setting up signs, warning people, turning people around only to find out you dont listen anyway. so. By order of the emperor if we dont want you there...You aint gonna be there.

But know this, we can mount an attack in no time and protect what is rightfully ours!!! that`s where the expression ''ore that is rightfully ours'' comes from.
