U should fix something like autotransfer ore from shipcargo room to floating cargo....would be really nice....cause then u can watch a movie or something while mining ;D

Thats a nice idea, but it would mean everyone would start afk mining in battleships which isnt what we want

Make it a special skill that let's you make a special cargo container, the more skill the more the capacity & duration of the container.
If CCP thinks that it would be too easy to mine, then I think they should think about adding more pirates because even if you afkmine in a battleship with this system, you still need to keep an eye out for pirates.
Moving ore from one cargo to another isn't very fun, really.

i think it should be like that to.....more skill, more u can transfer and whith the duration to, lvl 5 would be like mining a whole floating cargo maybe :)

which is why it won't ever happen. You're supposed to PLAY the game, not go shopping while the computer plays it for you.
If you insist on being able to go shopping while the computer plays for you, then afk-mine in an industrial in a high-sec belt. But watch out for the anti-afk-mining brigade and their disposable, torp-laden kestrels

Nah, it is possible, but under the conditions that ore deposit skill only works in 0.4 or lower space because concord consider it illegal or something.., I mean most people who mine in 0.4 and lower (0.0) really do have to continiously play; simply from defending their rear from rats. Doing that while moving ore from your cargo bay to a jettison gets annoying, theres playing and theres working, this is'nt a full time job, some people would like to have atleast a minute or 2 to run to the fridge to grab something to eat. (Or even use the restroom)

Someone explain to this guy that you are actually allowed to turn the lasers off, go do something else, come back and turn them back on again.

Actually, I'd also want the cargobay -> external can automatically feature... it can be used for afk mining, but the secure cans get filled up pretty fast and the jettison cans can be robbed so there is not much point in being afk for more than a minute or two, and that's with friends around.
And it would be good for ppl with wrist problems

For those us who can't smoke in the house, you just turn on your good old shield booster while you run out to the garage and have a smoke, all of the nasty .5 and up guys won't have you dead by the time you get back.
