Allo!
Been playing trial a few days and do want to get it. Hope to see more of you out there!
Questions!
1) Is there a search feature on these forums so I don't have to post new topics? :D
2) For deadspace outposts I occasionally find, the acceleration gate needs a key dropped from a named guy. If I want to travel these outposts with someone else, is there a way we can both use the gate even if there is only 1 key in the boss' wreck?

1) Yup, top right of the page. However, it's a little dodgy, you may have more luck with EVE Search, brought to you by a wonderful chap called Chribba.
2) I think, but I'm not 100% sure, that in deadspace complexes, if one of you has the key and uses the gate, then anybody else in the gang has a minute or two in which it's "unlocked" and they can follow you. However, last time I did a complex was quite some time ago, so it might have changed since.

Every one i tried has stayed open for about 30 seconds after the key holder has jumped through.
If the key is used on ebtry youd best make sure everyone is ready

1) top right where it says search.... just if you do find a topic, make sure it is semi current, there has been way too much necromancy of long dead threads lately....
2) the gate stays unlocked for a few seconds (never actually timed it) after the key holder activates it.... so if all gamg members approach, key holder activates, then other gangmates activate they'll all get thru

Calling the forum search feature "a little dodgy" is like calling Hannibal Lector "a slightly odd fellow".  It's without a doubt the worst search function I've ever seen.
Be extremely careful when using the forum search. Even if you ask for results to be sorted by date, it will without fail give you long-dead threads from 2003 (not sorted in any order at all!), rather than relevant threads from 2007.
