Second lottery! First one can be seen here
This character is an alt of "Dark Flare", I'm doing this with an alt to keep the money separate, to make sure no confusion can take place and that everyone's money is safe.
The Ship
The ship is a Machariel, a Battleship made by the Angel Cartel; thought to be based on an old Jovian design. Anyone who loves faction ships will know all about this one, so I'll say little more!
Special Ability: 25% bonus to Large Projectile Turret rate of fire
Minmatar Battleship Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to Large Projectile Turret damage per level
Gallente Battleship Skill Bonus: 7.5% bonus to Large Projectile Turret tracking speed per level
The ship is lucky enough to NOT suffer from split weapon bonuses, both Minmatar and Gallente BS levels bonus projectiles.
Where is it?
The ship is currently located in Oursulaert VII - Moon 3 - Duvolle Laboratories Research Centre
How is this lottery going to work?
Much like many of the other lotteries on EVE-O, this lottery will be done off the bonus ball on the UK Lottery. As such, 49 tickets will be on sale. The draw will be the first main lottery draw done at least one day after I confirm the last ticket is sold. This is to ensure there can be no claims of cheating if the ticket is bought late in the day. If all the tickets have not sold within 2 weeks of this post, all cash will be refunded.

Ticket price is 20million ISK per ticket. There is no restriction on the number of tickets one person can buy, so if you want to buy a few to up your odds, feel free!
Cash MUST be sent to "PerfectFool", and please include the ticket number(s) you are buying on the "reason" box for sending the cash.

A public apology:
Last lottery, Fivor sent me 20mil and requested a ticket using the reason box. Unfortunately, I slipped up and didn't notice it as quite a lot of fluctuations were taking place in the wallet at this time.
Fivor rightly pointed out my mistake in an EVEMail today.
This error is most regrettable, and in an attempt to compensate I have refunded the cash and given Fivor a free ticket to this lottery. Hopefully this will be satisfactory.

I can confirm that this Machariel exists, as it was bought from me at that station. As to the legitimacy of the lottery... I guess you take your chances.
