I've seen them hanging around jita late at night.
You can't miss them, there the ones wearing Burberry baseball caps
and kappa tracky bottoms.
Be carefull though, I've heard of many of their "happy slappings" turning
real nasty, Innit

Also If they are at war with a bigger corp. I.E. Repo they will be hiding out in the stations talking smack in local and talking smack in C&P.
