Is there a possibility to read the alliance /corp form a dropped char ? The only API-Documentation is from march 2005, (http://bughunters.addix.net/igbtest/IGB-commands.html) is there nothing changed since 2005 or is there anywhere a newer Version? realechnaton

For pilots, you normally get the characterID and name (depends on which option they pick when dropping), and there is no way to get the corp or alliance from it. R i s e killboard admin.

It would be nice to have a pair of API functions to map pilots to their current corporations and corporations to their current alliances, but nothing like that exists so far as I know. You may do a lot of things with characterID, but not all that will be right and fair :) One thing is that You may leech player's portrait by his/her charID.
