You should be able to see corp member skills so you dont need to ask all the time, is that a good idea

From a corporation management perspective it sounds like a great idea. Gives a ceo or director a much better idea of who can do what in their corp, especially if it gets larger.
I have the body of a supermodel. I just can't remember where I left it... |

I'm a new CEO and i am trying to set up what people will do for the corp and how to train them up but it is hard when they are not all online!

This idea sounds good to me.
But, it allows a CEO to be a little more despotic 
("TRAIN THIS SKILL, NOT OTHERS ! SHNEIL !"  )

Yes, and when Newbies come they have no idea what is going on so it is a way of helping them with out confusing them. it also mean people can lie about the skill they have to get out of doing corp jobs like mining, hauling, trading and all that stuff.
well I find it would help ME alot any way. and if you could see what people took from the corp hanger would be nice too!

yes but it can be used to !!HELP!! people because the ceo can find out some stuff about them like do you like mining fighting.....(ect).
Then help them with the skills they would need!

I think it would be a nice implimentation. Would make it alot easyer to bring friends and newbies into the game, since it would simplify knowing how to tell them how to do what they want to.
