i think EVE-MEEP has a reprocessing calculator that does this

You cannot "refine" modules. Refining in Eve is the process of extracting valuable minerals from raw ore.
You can reprocess modules for minerals. You cannot possibly calculate the isk value of a reprocessed module because it is determined by the value of the mineral on the seller market. You're going to have to use your best judgment here.

So you couldn't just look up the current prices of the minerals first and input them into the reprocessing calculator on EVE-MEEP for instance...
Or in fact you could, or you could use the export button from the market to export the 7 minerals and then use eve meep to calcualte the prices for you using its handy import feature.

I tried the eve-meep one but found it to be wildly inaccurate and couldnt get my settings to save.
Maybe I was using it wrong... IDK.
So I built my own one in excel for the rat loot I usually collect. Not difficult to make, but very time consuming to fill in. (I'm not quite sure how standings and things work reguarding reprocessing so it's just got what I actually receive).
It's quite an eye opener when there are buy orders up in Jita for less than 1/2 the mineral value of items. I probably now reprocess in excess of 50% of my modules because the mineral value is so great compared with the module value.
