Dear CEO Neth,
Hey, all I want is some friendly PvP so why not call off your Allies unless you feel you are just not up for some friendly PvP - I mean is there any other kind of PvP possible in EVE but "friendly" PvP - it's just a game, you know "entertainment". This is why I chose to show up tonight in my Kestrel, I mean I plastered your Kestrel the last time we met in space so this time I figured I would be an easy kill - I paid my ship insurance and upgraded my clone and then when we met with you in your Caracal I figured I would be dead but you then fired some Heavy missiles and you didn't even dig into my hull although you did take down my shields and erase my armor meanwhile I was using cruise missiles. Hey, it looks like you should be able to use torpedos so what's the problem ? If you need some torpedo BPC's so we can be more evenly matched this can be arranged - just say the word and I will have what you need delivered to you via Escrow for a reasonable fee. You might want to take these torpedo BPC's to a station where you can get the ores needed a bit easier since your home system is lacking is the needed ores. My goal is simply to foster some "fun" - my goal is NOT to cause the collapse of your small corp even though my corp is even smaller than yours. You can easily make good money doing agent missions - some L3 agents might pay you and your corp mates upwards of 500,000 to 1 mil isk per hour, if you hustle and run jobs quickly. So call off your Allies, Wayno Corp - their draconian threats are meaningless and they seemed to have left you open for attack anyway - I mean it's not like I am camping your home system and repeatedly podding your corpmates using a Scorpion or anything, although I do have a Scorpion in the hangar just don't yet have the gunnery skills to make using it as fun as could be.
Post your reply here... I don't accept EVEmails from those I am at war with - standard operating procedures ya know, break off diplomatic ties first then fight just like in the real world.
If it turns out you would rather not be in a Declared War cuz you don't like PvP and your corpmates would rather not deal with the "horrors" of war then I'm not opposed to calling off the war and we part company... tis up to you... I would much rather have "fun" PvP with those who want it than those who don't. Originally my goal was to pod Draeven cuz he ran out before I could do that after I destroyed his Iteron I but he's been sheltered too much and I got to pod Thadyus instead - want his biomass back ?
You see I am NOT the monster I have been made out to be - well not this time anyway...

Perhaps the CEO of the corp you are at war with doesn't find your actions "entertaining" or "friendly" and just wants you to go away. Hence his use of allies

I think its you that would "rather not be in a declared war" and now that you've got thier attention, you don't want whats coming....
Well, from the tone of all the posters that have follwed your drivel, I belive you have alot more coming that even you realize... "A coward dies a thousand times, the brave die just once.." |

I find this post quite amusing, especially as a week ago you posted here telling everyone that you'd just launched war on this other corp.
That post was then filled with replies from other corps saying they'd come and get you for declaring war for no reason at all.
Seems to me you're in over your head now, maybe you should retract the declaratation before you have nothing left? --'The Way is Shut'--

I find this amusing also.
I just re-read Jaques' previous posting.
:)
Seems to me that you are NOT infact prepared to die, and therefore no-one should fear you.
Oh, I have 20 Megathrons in my hangar, I just love the challenge of fighting with frigates.

SOthen you don't think the other CEO wanted to be entertained when he was firing Heavy missiles (150 dmg) from his Caracal all the while claiming he didn't have enough money to buy torpedos ? LMAO Heck, even when I wanted him to kill me he couldn't and HE was in a cruiser and I was in a friggy - lol.
I call this entertainment !

I would like to see CCP offer special options to grant 100% coverage for an additional $4.95 per month because this would completely remove the death penalty and also provide CCP with additional revenues so they can upgrade the servers and fix the bugs."
had to move over what this guy wrote under the dev-blog insurance changes.
thought you d might want to know where he s coming from...

Yeah, as if podding someone repeatedly is gonna change my evil ways - NOT !
Why I'd be willing to bet I could pretty easily avoid the wrath of the gods and still do pretty much whatever my black heart desires.
So why don't you all just declare war on my corp, then I bail from my corp and form a new corp then you can all declare war again then I bail from that corp and form a new corp and then we rinse-wash-repeat until you all get so completely tired of trying to declare war on my corp(s) that you just let me do whatever I want cuz that's where we are all heading... I could always just bail from my corp and go with being Privateer in an NPC corp since nobody can declare war on NPC corps and I could still play hit-n-run attacks on poor defenseless souls - ha ha !

I really have nothing but derision for people that wriggle to avoid sanctioned wars, its really quite pathetic. I think there should be some sort of penalty in bailing from a corp that is at war. Reputation? Standings? Money? Something like that. There should certainly be some kind of punishment for yellow-bellied cowardice.
Fundimentally Jacque. By predating on corps in empire space you are leaving your victims with only concord sponsored wars as a military recourse. Then by threatening to skip and skip again you are (i think) cheating the dynamic.
That said I probably be happy to blow you up in .4 and take a minor hit to sec level just for the hell of it. If everyone did that you might find the clone costs becoming revelent after all ;)
Love and peace

You mean there could be something more I could do to lose standings ? Woot ! I am all for it !
Hey, I didn't create the game rules that makes forming a new corp a NO COST activity ! If CCP wanted to do something to stop people bailing from their corp(s) just to avoid war then they should place a monetary penalty on forming a corp - say, 10 mil isk or something - but then who would bother to pay a high fee when people like me can just freelance via NPC corps and still achieve the desired goals through "anarchy" and "terror".

Ummm, but surely you are afraid to die? (Isn't that why you are running like a yellow dog to the npc corps?)

Jacque...here's the deal bud. You declared war on a group of 4 individuals that have been playing less than 1 month. I barely know how to wipe my ass in this game and I have you knocking on my door tossing cruise missiles at my frigates and industrials. I was taken for a ride it seems, as I am still learning things about the game, I saw your declaration and thought nothing of it, as I figured I would need to "accept" the declaration (excuse my ignorance, but coming from other MMOs, that was what I expected.)
Needless to say, when I saw you at the jumpgate in your cruiser, and you fired your 4 cruise missiles at my frigate, I figured the sentry guns would take care of you...I wasnt aware that when corps were at war, that Concord looked the other way, so I targetted you, fired what I could, and firmly placed my head between my knees and prayed for the best, but it was too late. Later that evening you podded Thadyus, who has been playing all of 2 weeks in his incurus...he had no clue as to what happened.
Thats when I called in my allies...You had us completely outgunned, as bad as it sounds, in your lone cruiser (yes, contrary to what you mentioned in your previous posts, you were running a caracal with cruise missiles, not a kestral).
Since then, I have scrambled together all the funds I could and trained as quickly as I could to get a caracal, but I have been unable to afford the higher end ordnance to deal with you properly. That is why you received 1 volley of heavy missiles from me instead of torpedos or worse. You used your MWD to quickly get out of my range and proceeded to lob cruise missiles one after another for 5 mins at me, (and truthfully, it bugged the hell out of me that I got you down to approximately 10% hull, you had flame rolling off you and everything, and couldnt finish you off...but hey, I did the best that I could. (Heck, I have just now broke 600k in skill points...)
At any rate, I appreciate you taking the time to make this post, but its too little too late. You have cost my corporation dearly, yes, to you that was just a 2 small frigates and 1 industrial, but to us that was hard work. As I told you after you killed me, good fight, but be watching because I am determined to pay you back.
