I want to trade my pure Caldari spec Freaker and my Hulk pilot for a Command Ship pilot, preferably Amarr/Minmatar.

Fofalus, thanks for the offer but it's not particularly what I am looking for.
Please note that I am willing to consider any character of lower total SP as long as it fulfills the CS pilot skill requirement.
