I tried to do couple lvl5 missions (drone missions), i did them in raven with 1 guardian pumping my cap + Dominix and Myrmidom (with shield transfers).
Those missions r impossible to do solo, with gang they r doable but take some time. Reward only 12k lp, loot and salvag 30 mils or so.
So my question is, what is your opinion, is it worth to do lvl 5 vs Lvl 4 in terms of reward ?

Personally I say no. I've never done one, but some of my friends have ganged up to tackle them and after listening in on their convos it soundsl ike theyre more trouble than its worth. In the time it takes them to complete one, I completed and salvaged about about 2-3 L4 missions, generally I made about twice the LP and at least 3x-4x the isk that they did. Plus they each lost at least one ship to NPCs or campers.
I think it'd be fun to do a couple just for the sake of doin em, but in terms of reward for now L4s are still more profitable in terms of risk/time vs reward.

From everything Ive heard its far more profitable for everyone to just do lots of L4s. I guess theyd be good for a fun corp op though.

I have done a few in a passive tanked ishtar seems to do them easy as long as u kill the webber batterys but lvl 4s seem to be better for cash ive not run into a lvl 5 mission i cant do alone yet but for time for cash it doesnt seem worth it i will try them for another week to see if u get any good drops

5 shield extenders 5 shield rechagers in lows 2 shield recharge rigs give me 240 recharge per second could up that with implants but not needed it yet.
I use 5 small med heavy and sentry drones all tech 2 kinetics sentry 2s are a must but u can get by without them and i have a civy hybid in highs and a tractor beam the gun is to get aggession agenst me and not the drones.
With this set up it doesnt matter if i get drained and the ishtars natural resists matchs most missons.
you are small so if u keep moving (orbit sentrys when using them) you will be fine, as soon as u warp in kill the webber batterys they take about 8 seconds each to kill and small drones to kill the frigs but lvl 5 are bs heavy so u dont get to many once thats done the rest is easy

Think 1x Gaurdian and 2x 425mm Rail Megathrons with passive tanks
The guardian transfers like 2.3k armor indefinately every 5 seconds
