Whats the point in this anyways.As far as i can see it serves no purpose.in the case of suicide gankers it only serves to shield them.Iv been attacked by players with a high sec rating and low sec rating...its redundant.Everyone knows that no spot in space is safe....then why the high-sec,low-sec..this seems to indicate level of security..not after the fact policing.The white house has high security...the bronx has low security..see how that works....it indicates the likely hood of a crime being prevented..not how good the detectives will be at solving the crime after the fact.
Get rid of it,its stupid,open to abuse and serves only to confuse in its present state.If ppl wanna bring a freighter throu a system with an escort...they should be able to blast anything they deem a threat out of space...without having to suicide.Thats is the lamest thing iv ever heard.."i mugged this guy,he pulled out a gun and blew my head off...not before i told my friends to kill him..then i went back and helped recover the **** from his wallet".how much sense does that make?none at all.
And if a freighter with 20 titan/carriers for escort deems they have to go to duripant for whatever reason TFB for all the noobs there..they shoulda read the rules right...no space is safe.

With all the crimes and corruption in the white house, I don't really see your point. Doesn't seem like anything is being prevented really.

I was not trying to bash the US. Just pointing out that even the white house is not crime free. Just like any other government building/place. Or in this case any other place in the world.
Specially when it comes to suicide attacks any place is vulnerable. Just in like EvE.

Well, for one, OP, it lets you see at a glance if that person is psychotic or not.
Flashing red = probably will shoot at you given the chance.
We don't let these people in highsec, they're relegated to the South Side.
