This day of our Lord, 9/22/109, the Praetoria Shipyards hereby commence operations.
PURPOSE: To provide high quality Amarr made vessels of various design to pilots in the Amarr cluster and beyond.
FINANCE: The Shipyards are funded privately through the generosity of an Amarrian industrialist who is combining his own operations with ours and who will act as our Chairman and Director.
LEADERSHIP: The shipyards are run by Archbishop (Chairman), Zolcan (CEO) and Livia Drusilla (Manager).
TRANSPORTATION: The shipyards will issue open contracts to freighter pilots in the Amarr, Caldari and Gallente regions of space to haul it's goods to various markets.
SLAVE POLICY: The shipyards will care for all slaves per SPCS Standards for Care.
CHARITABLE GIVING: The Shipyards will donate 10% of all net profits to SPCS operations to improve the living conditions of slaves throughout the Empire and will work to bring them to the Enlightenment and a future of hope.
COMMUNICATIONS: Our ingame chat channel PSHIP is open to all who share a love of Amarr and to those who seek industrial contacts or price quotes.
EMPLOYMENT: Employment is by invitation only. The corporation will have only Amarr leadership but is open to lessor race builders who swear allegence publically to the Empire and it's God.
WEBSITES: Please see our out of game website for details:
PRAETORIA SHIPYARDS WEBSITE
We also have an ingame website:
http://www.evegamer.com/Praetoria/Website/ingame.htm
PRODUCTS: The Shipyards will operate in the Amarr, Caldari and Gallente regions of space and will produce high quality Amarr made ships for sale. We will produce Amarr designs and we have obtained the blueprints for Caldari and Gallente vessels as well and will build those ships, utilizing Amarrian advanced technology, to improve what were inherently inferior designs. Our Ammatar division is unable to produce Minmatar designs because they are so inferior even the assistance of top Empire scientists is unable to render benefit.
STOCK: The 100,000 shares of stock in the shipyards are valued at $8,000,000,000 which was the initial investment in minerals, materials and isk. In the future the Shipyards may hold a public IPO to raise more funds offset by new stock creation or may issue bonds to fund major purchases. If this is done the Shipyards will only sell to Amarr and Caldari citizens of upstanding character. Amarr loyalist corporation members will have priority for any financial purchase.
HISTORY: Prior to this I (Zolcan) served as CEO of Sovereign Enterprises which has been ranked as one of the most profitable IPOs in Eve-Market history. SOVEREIGN ENTERPRISES THREAD
The corporation recently closed (see reasons below) and has been broken up with some members leaving to start new ventures and some joining us at the Shipyards to serve Amarr. Most of our assets were sold and our members moved on to other opportunities in space. SOVEREIGN CLOSING THREAD
THE FUTURE: We hold true to God and the Amarr Empire and pledge our lives in service of the same. Our duty is to serve and protect and provide. It is a duty we take with all seriousness.
So say we.

The reasons for starting PSHIP are many but can best be described by posting this journal entry I did a short while ago....
Several weeks ago I was cruising through Ashab in my Bestower enroute to visit my uncle the honorable Lord Archbishop in Chaven when my ship was rocked by shockwaves. It wasn't the impact of weapons aimed at me but at a different ship nearby. I looked out the viewport in horror as I could see the flames overtake a helpless Sigil hauler after a Rifter had opened fire on it. Looking closely at the rifter I noticed what could only be descibed as a "terrorist" looking Minmatar scowling back at me through the viewport. He turned away and suddenly a flash from a railgun shot a round out that destroyed the escape pod of the Sigil. The crew were murdered.
Needless to say when I arrived in Chaven my mood was dark. My uncle asked me what the problem was but I was almost embarassed to tell him. You see while I have been off turning a profit and hanging with some Caldari business types my uncle and his comrades have been working to defend Amarr from terrorism. I realized at that moment all the stories he told me as a child were true. There is darkness around every corner and we are all at risk. In my zealotry for adventure I hadn't always paid heed to what he said. Having grown now though I can see as many people do that their elders were correct.
I quietly stood on the terrace of his weekend retreat overlooking a small pond sipping glass of wine when he walked up beside me and asked what was wrong. I told him of my encounter this day and of my disappointment at not being able to do anything to help the Amarrian hauler. He nodded and said it was frustrating at times but we do what we can and God knows our heart.
Does he know our hearts when we stand away?
I realized then that could do more. Certainly building high quality ships for markets far and wide is an admirable goal but I had paid little heed to the intricate needs of the Empire and my duty to God. It was so easy to go to church daily and pray then run off to a factory and forget where I came from.
While I had not sinned I had not been as good an Amarrian as I could have been.
I was ashamed.
But with God there is life. The holy scriptures state Amarr is the chosen race of God and we are His to command. While some would say there is no redemption I will follow this new path toward whatever awaits.

You can't even keep your slaves in check, never mind balance the ISK in an accounting book. Why trust an Amarrian blinded by religion when you could invest in the ruthlessness of a pure blooded Caldari?

Mabnen System - Emperor Family Station - Medical facilities:
Sepherim was reading idly the IGS bulletins as the doctors ran him through several medical tests. Since he had awaken, a few days before, everything he wanted to do required several tests and decisions by the doctors side. And he was getting more than tired about that.
But then a good news caught his eye and allowed him to forget, briefly, the pain that covered all his thoughts. With a tense smile, he opened a vide feedback with a bow, and a reply to the message.
-Mr Zolcan and Lord Archbishop, congratulations on the step you now take. We in the Ordo Quaesitoris wish the best for you, and that God's light may shine on your path. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask.-
He closed the video feed moments before he had to grind his teeth due to the pain that he suddenly felt. Certainly, it was too soon to consider himself completely recovered.

Because his last IPO was very profitable?
I am looking forward to a fruitfull colaboration. An endeavour lead by these fine and upstanding people can only be a great success and the Empire will profit from this largely.

This is quite a claim, I look forward to meeting these "improved Caldari/Gallente vessels" in space (Raven with beam laser's?) and blowing them to pieces with my inferior autocannon. Anyone thinking of investing in this venture should seriously question the OPs improbable claims. --------------------------------------- Outface the depths of evil with clarity --------------------------------------- |

Glad tidings to you Zolcan
I hope the emperor bestows upon you the glory that is your right, as a purveyor of fine quality materials for the destruction of non believers
Long may your industrial endeavors gladden the heart of the emperor and strengthen the long arm of the empire in seeking out these rebellious serfs
P.S. It is also a shame we cannot set threads to exclude the most troublesome moaning Minnies and their puppet masters the Gallente
Hail to your venture and the Emperor

As head of Delictum 23216's industry division I can sympathise with your stance on tribal hull designs. Generally I've found its best to leave them as they are as any attempt to modify them leads to the desire to start hitting them with the largest hammer available.
If however you desire any assistance the resources Delictum possess will be at your disposal.
Yours respectfully

I wish Praetoria Shipyards every success for the future and will certainly be getting some quotes from your company in the near future.
P.s. Will the Abbadon be added to the avaliable ship in the near future? And if so what is the quote?
