Please be aware of an player identity called "Deckerx".
He is a scammer and clearly admitted clearly that he is a scammer in our last chat session with him. These are his own words from this chat session, below;

This chat was about me expecting him to finish the deal that we had agreed upon and me alredy have payed him fully but him not returning the items or not refunding me.
Besides he accuses me getting the credits illegally which is not true. He acccuses you and try to find an issue of yours to use it against you. And when he cant, he uses a very offensive language sometimes, accusing you, threatening you, trying to supress you, using help of other characters to paint the facts, to deceive you, always trying to trick you into saying things that he may use. Very clever, manipulative, aggresive and tricky guy. Acting totally unethical and also unashamed about that, no conscience or moral ethics which makes us differ from other life forms living on this space. Very harmful and evil and he acts like he is enjoying it, which is way over pervert and soulsick.
The ISKs lost because of this scam and the offenses provided with this guy may be swallowed, things happen like that. A trusting person may be cheated always but that person should not be punished or offended because of this. It is the wrong edge of the sword. The least thing that I will feel is being ashamed of me scammed. Shame on Deckerx, not me. Also I dont operate with hateful feelings, rules and system is around just for this type of guys. I am just a simple player without any rules enforcement and judging roles in this game. But I believe justice will prevail as always.
The details of this scam is being dealt with game masters currently by methods allowed here, mainly petitions. It is not my duty to judge and penalize accordingly so I left it to the game masters as it should be. And this is why I dont provide the rest of the details of the deal and logged chats and messages of what happened as of now. But I also asked game masters for permission to provide these to the public here, so everybody may defend themselves from such scammers and metagamers that decreases the quality of the game.
Even if nothing comes out of the petititons about him, and scammimg is allowed like he states, dont buy anything from him or deal with him, unless you like to be scammed in the end. This guy is not a respectful tradesman or player and he is not alone. He acts together with other guys to trick you or perform theatrical acts on chat sessions like fake war scenarios going on, manipulating kill records, and many dark and cloudy acts instead of just keeping his promises and doing his job. The thing that he had done to me was nothing personal, this is just the way he lives and thinks and acts all the time. There are other forum messages that you may easily find around which supports my ideas about him. I wish I had searched for his credentiality beforehand which is my mistake.
Anyway as more as I search about him, I've heard rumours that people is getting together to hunt this nuisance down and a high bounty is being collected to be put on him also, but I cant verify that, just rumours.
So please evemail me in the game or better write here if you have also been offended and scammed by this metagamer or interested in him or have anything to add to the information pool about him. We are taking legitimate action against him.

of course, you're right about botherance :)
simple,
he says he can provide I item in T time for X amount of ISKs
you send the X amount to him
then after some theatrical acts and long chat sesions
he says he scammed you and will not refund you or provide the items to you
In the meantime, he lies to you, constantly accusing of lying, tries to suppress you, threatens you, harrasses you etc etc etc.
just like all vermins do, nothing new here :)
I will write all this story in a chronicle so everybody will be able to read the details in a small novel and enjoy it :))

yeh you can never trust anyone in this game, never hand out what ur not prepaired to loose, even if its someone you have known in game for a long time.
However if he is being abusive toward you, that can be petitioned and he should be warned, but the scam itself is perfectly legit and within game mechanics. Unfortunatly this kind of thing is proberbly the main reason some players quit eve.
And if you think about it, ccp are trying to get more people playing this game, so you would think they would see a problem here.

First off his main is weaVern, which is a 20 or so day old noob i asked if this was his first account he swore it was . He bought my character for 8m sp industrial character for 3.5b isk which is way over priced, and gave me the first hint this guy was isk buyer. But becuase of the character transfer methods and such i warned him buying isk was against the rules and ruined the game for others, not to mention it can get you banned! i left the conversation at that and proceeded on my eve career.
About 1 week or so later (today) he convos me and asked me if i could help him buy slaves implants a full set 1-6 (FFS) anyways i told him this was crazy, he then told me that he would supply the isk for them but he was unsure of the cost, and that he didnt know how to use the market. (something tells me that a 20 day old noob with a 8m sp character that cant even fly a bs doesnt need slave implants, Can we say ISK BUYER. Anyways i go ahead and tell him to send me the isk 3.6b total. Because honestly i thought he couldnt or wouldnt have it. he sent me 2.1b he said HIS FRIENDS where gonna send him the rest in about 1 hour. THIRD TIME i feel this sounds like a isk buyer. so from there i decied that im gonna get him the slave implants and make a little off the transaction few 100m..... but then he says he wants me to buy him a NYX that he saw on forums i bid on one, long ago. At this point there is no challenge this kid is buying isk and we all know it. So what do i do i tell him buying isk is unfair to the rest of the community and that im gonna take his isk and donate it to my corp mates and such. He got angry and very upset.
I feel no remorse for people that insist on ruining this game. I rat and mine for hours to get a few 100m isk and do massive market trades that take lots of time and lots of risk. I feel the 3.6b has thought this fool a leason and is just another win for the people who consider this game, more than just a game.
BTW: other will comply i never ever scammed or attempted to scam anyone who is a honest or dishonest player.... for some reason i attract these damn noobs, and tards and when you come to me i have no choice but to teach ya a lesson that will hopefully show you how to be a better eve player. I have never actively searched for noob character or anyone else for that matter to prey on.
JUST REMEMBER YOU CAME TO ME, WEAVERN OR ZEROLAWS, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Scammers are those who are looking to screw people over for their own benifit. i have done nothing of the sort, i donate alot of my isk to my corp and other noobs who work hard for what they get.

All the things DECKERX says is false.
He is simply lying, accusing because he know he is brutally guilty and not right.
One more case for him.
Every word about this was logged and currently provided to game masters.
I will be supplying all the details including my state to the public after the petition.
Setting aside my hurt pride or any egos, I am putting all this here just because of my intentions of preventing such things like happening to other people and to act as a real life example when you dont read forums, try to learn, talk with people, then **** happens :))
It is not sufficient to put your trust blindly. It is your responsibilty to clearly assess and then give your trust to someone who is worthy of it. I know :))

Nah. In this game, unless you can go visit someone in real life with a baseball bat, it's generally not advisable to trust that someone.

in jita yarr boi, an ex-Y- scams ppl with the "i¦m the guy who ripped BoB, sent me isk, i send it 10x back..."-scam, now another -Y- keeps money from a guy which is better petitioned when deckerx tells the truth...

Why would some one convo you to ask you to buy items on the market or the fourms, when he can buy them with his char.
I smell BULL AND LOTS OF IT. However if anyone would like items bought for them pls mail me with what you want and the isk and I will be happy to help.

Right, so where did you get all your ISK then ?
From the game, doing business, most of the time ratting though.
I wont ask about yours, I dont care.
Game masters has all the means to track down and judge about all transactions and this issue has been petitioned by myself to game masters already :)
I may not get any reimbursment from that, I dont know, and its a real loss for me but
anyway here is a scammer who admits it so others can be a little bit safer with him from now on, at least.

The really hilarious part of this is that deckerx admits to stealing from a likely isk buyer. So if the gamemaster's investigate and find that to be true deckerx is going to lose all the isk he scammed as they will deduct it from his wallet for being acquired against the EULA if he isn't banned for it.
Unless it is like stealing from a macro miner, then maybe they just make sure he has petitioned it and covered himself from involvement? I'd make sure you petition deckerx and cover your back.

If you buyed a char and dont reseive it you can petion it to CCP and get your ISK back and the scammer banned.
Otherwise everyone could sell Chars and dont hand it out..

Nothing he has done is against the EULA in any way. Sounds like a perfectly legit scam to me. If the other guy was indeed buying ISK, the amount should be taken out of his wallet, not Deckerx's.
