This universal starter char is especially good choice if you:
-Dont wanna spend time on basic skills and have no problem fitting stuff
-Want to start pvp char development
-are not yet sure what do you wanna do in EVE
-Wanna start as pvp-corp frigate class pilot with maxed basic navigation/eng skills (to dodge bullets. u know)
Amarr and Minmatar frigate lvl 5.

I think he actually has a good start on the skills, my only suggestion is lower you b/o so not to deter anyone. other than that GL on sale |

In defense of this character, all of the "crap" skills that have been trained are skills relevant and central to a PVP character. It has a decent, if unfinished, basic framework for a solid pvp toon. Learn the game before you open your mouths and make yourselves look like fools. |
