http://eveboard.com/pilot/Shockwave_Pulsar
9m SP Charon pilot, has all the skills for the Rhea apart from the Jump Freighter skill.
-0.22 sec status and positive wallet. REMAP AVAILABLE.
Highlights:
Caldari Freighter IV
Jump Drive Operation V
Jump Drive Calibration IV
Evasive Maneuvering V
Transport Ships IV
Covert Ops III
Cloaking IV
Caldari Frigate V
Has pretty decent basic Engineering/Electronics skills for a freighter toon and can fly Crane/Bustard for your blockade running through lowsec and 0.0. Overall a well balanced toon, few wasted skillpoints.
