Merc corp wanted.
Discreet service required.
Ideally a "war dec fee" only deal.
This assignment would be ideal for a new merc corp to make a good 1st impression. I would rate the target as a low to medium threat. I have good intel on the target which I have gathered myself and will provide it free of charge if it's a "war dec" only deal.

So in other words you want someone to wardec another corp and then pay you for information regarding the said corp you hired them to shoot ?
If they dont accept a wardec fee only that is.
Im no expert but doesnt hiring merc contain the aspect of payment for said duty's ?
I mean they risk there ships and such.

Err no. I want a merc corp that is doing a similar deal as CROSS i.e. I pay the wardec and they fight the target. The merc corp receives income from loot and improves their pvp and Eve reputation by successfully carrying out a contract. I have spent time gathering intel on the target so the merc corp doesn't have to waste time doing this and can jump straight in to the fight armed with target information. The info gathered is offered free of charge as a good will gesture.
Many corps are in the business of gathering information for a fee remember.
I offer intel, wardec fee, targets, loot and the opportunity to increase you Eve merc reputation.
You'll find only the best and most established merc corps ask for ISK nowadays.

I can recommend Sicarri Covenant. They're reasonably competent, and they must be pretty cheap if Modro corp managed to hire them against me.
Talk to sgt spike in game, apparently.

I did speak with him, this particular job is out of my element currently. I didn't think my first contract should be one I knew I couldn't handle well yet...

Yes, this job is of low to medium difficulty.
Numerous targets, based in empire, with approx 5-10% of the target group competent in PvP.
