My idea is simple and requires 2 new modules to work: A detonator. and pure antimatter, to put in your cargo hold.
In short, you warp in, fly as fast as you can toward a ship on considerable size, then when you activate the detonator, the ship will fly in a strait line till it hits a ship.
The more cargo space you have, the more boom you have, so this could work with a indy ship in a gang with a close bookmark.
other possibilites: due to the fact that shields may not be calibrated to sustain an impack from a entire ship the damage goes strait to the armor portion. Also: this could create a counter module, making kamakazi pilots relatively in effective.

Cost to pilot is??
Pod, implants and security standing (or standing with the faction you belong to). The total disregard of life (the crew) is not well looked upon. What happens if you activate the module, but get webbed (so you suddenly fly 10m/s instead of 1000m/s). Will blast radius be big? Only applicable in 0.0. No big bombs anywhere in empire.
To be honest, I don't like the idea. If you want you frigates to go around a blow up Motherships and Titans, no one will ever fly them. Unless you make it easier to shoot down those kamikaze frigates. Perhaps limit them to no propulsion upgrades of any kind or just an AB.

At first I thought "no way". Why should a day old alt be able to take out a player who has taken years to get his skills and isk together to buy and fly a Titan.
In real life a suicide bomber gives up his life to destroy his target. In Eve that is nothing because you have back up clones. The Titan/Mothership pilot would lose months of isk, whereas there is no time cost to the suicide bomber.
However, what if the cost of a suicide run was 3,000,000 skill points? The bomber is now losing something that is very precious to him for the chance of glory.
May be 3 mil is too cheap. Perhaps 6 mil.
Make it a difficult choice. "Am I prepared to go backward by six months of skilling to protect my home system?"
Most people would find the cost too high, but under the right circumstances some players would take the glory road.
Just a thought.

You'd need to make the required kamikaze skills need several level 5s then to stop week old chars doing it. ------------

People will buy badly designed, stupidly named and effectively - cheap characters on trade forums, then suicide them repeatedly in 30k cargo transport ships, approaching cloaked or warping on friendly covops, right on enemy supercaps.
