Would be very useful if you could grant acces to your personal hangar to another character. It takes too long to create contracts to move stuff from a character to another (or having the 2 accounts open at the same time and alt-tabbing to make the trade if they are in the same place).

I have never had a problem - The only beef I have is the max limit of 100 items on a contract

What if you have both characters in different places? (the most common...)

Well, the hangar access won't do any good if the chars are at 2 different places either.

Private contracts are not affected by there location in the universe, only public
If you are in the same place you can simply trade in station.
The 100item limit is annoying, aye :/
