Seeing 7 titans in a single system is still of worrying sign. We're not all that far form the point where titans packs can cover each other efficiently with DD blasts and don't need support anymore.
CCP has better think about DD-proof ways to tackle a titan by then.

The players asked for titans (the old sword +10 syndrome...), CCP gave them titans.
The time will come where a titan fleet can wipe a dreads fleet with simultaneous DDs.
Good pen and paper gamemasters know that giving more and more power to their players translates in a very dull game.
EVE was great before capitals and POSes, now it's going to sh8.
I still think EVE would be better with:
1¦ Reverting to station ping-pong only with reinforced more as buffer.
2¦ Converting POSes to industrial purposes only.
3¦ Drastically nerfing the amount of drones in space (aka lagmachine).
4¦ Re-designing capitals to support role only and lowering their cost to get rid of the haves and have not game.
5¦ Design anti-blob tools to give small to moderate fleets the luster they lost over the years.
P.S.: there is, surprizingly, a lot less BoB posts in this thread compared to last week when they killed a few caps. Reason?

2 things i can think of
a) bob are going for broke either to shake things up and push or because thigns really are reaching breaking point
b) shock and owe. no doubt goons - RA have titans etc ready to go but their development and coming out will be at a time of their own choosing, will be interesting to see where it goes from here
