Eagles Den Industries is proud to announce our first State treasure hunt. This treasure hunt will take place Saturday, October 13th from 16:00 to 00:00 EvE time the following morning. Participants will join the channel "The Treasure Hunt" prior to start time to receive the first clue. This first clue will be broadcast every five minutes until 18:00 EvE time. Enter to win a Grand Prize of 500,000,000 ISK!
This event will have 12 check points or clues. These clues will pertain to everything from EvE lore to small riddles. Each clue will lead you to a moon in various systems within The Forge, The Citadel, and Lonetrek regions. All event related items will be in 0.5+ Security systems. All participants will be required to check in with on station staff at each clue before moving on. This is to prevent players from skipping clues in any way. Any player caught giving away event related information to other players will be disqualified.
In order to win the grand prize you must be the first player to reach the last checkpoint and our staff must validate you have checked in at each point along the way. Once this is validated an announcement will be made in the event channel. Various other prizes will be awarded to those who complete the course in the required time. These prizes will vary depending on the amount of participants and donations received for the event.
How do you join the event? Tickets are now on sale for 5,000,000 ISK per player entered. Send entry fees to LadyOfWrath and please post on this site as our rosters will continue to lengthen closer to the event date. Please note all tickets are nonrefundable once purchased unless the event is canceled due to lack of interest. If the event is canceled all ISK will be refunded.
How do you become a sponsor? Please contact LadyOfWrath or join cannel "The Treasure Hunt" to learn more information. We are taking donations in the form of items or ISK, all of which will be awarded to participants who complete the course. Also you will get advert time within the event channel by our staff.

Limited knowledge of the EvE universe is okay, however i recommend becoming more in depth in knowing the system within The Forge, The Citadel, and Lonetrek regions.

Nice idea. What stops you running off with all the entrance fees though? And how about all the items found on the treasure hunt? Will the people at the stations be trading them for isk value?
