Well, most of you reading this may as well click out now. I have however; over the last few years met some friends that will have recognised my main's name. My other characters (as I have 4 accounts) are Razankar, Yantazar, and Commodore Yan. My son was using two of these accounts (and for the potential obnoxious membership of some people in these forums, here is some more ammo ... I am 51 years old).
It has been a journey. A journey of friendship, trials, tribulations, struggles, achievements, and failures. But, I have had enough. My closest Eve friends will be aware of my progressing muscular disease and the reasons for my absence from the game. I have not played, apart from logging in to change skills, for about 6 months.
Eve is a dedication. I no longer am suited to this way of life. I cannot give the amount of time to such a game. If I could log on for about 3 or 4 hours a week, yes, but no one wants a companion on that basis. I was with TSYND for so long, which is now basically dead. All my friends have dispersed to other corporations. To these *****s that say "Can I have your stuff" ... go die a slow death. My billion in isk and all my ships will go to my dear friends ... Velana to name but one.
It has been an experience.
To my friends farewell.
To griefers to hell.

Set a long skill, hug the exotic dancers goodbye, salute the marines, turn off the lights in the hangar and i'll see you when you get back, or in a million years, whichever comes first *waves*

Hey Zantazar,
its sad to see you leave mate  ! You always made us laugh on TS!
I can just speak for me but I think the others (you know who I mean) will miss you too mate! I hope you ll get well soon Zan =)

Sorry to hear of a veteran leaving, and especially on those terms. I'm not going to say "give me your stuff", but I will say that maybe there is something you could do. What about taking a small percentage of that and giving it away in chunks to characters who have played for 2-6 months?
