Not sure if this exists, I've only seen one website with no save features on it.
Basic idea is that as your salvage stocks change, you update this app, and it displays what rigs you can currently build. If there is something out there that does this and *saves* your previous entries, let me know and I'll use it. If not, is there any interest in using it?
Thanks.

Given the huge collection of rig BPOs and rig parts I'd be interested in what I could build at any given time. :) =======

Considering what a huge hoarder I am, I would love to know at a glance what I could build with what I have on hand.
Would definelty help me out.
Hope it sees the light of day.

Edited by: Sofring Eternus on 25/09/2007 18:13:16 That looks like all kinds of awesome. Especially if it saves my stock.
Whats the URL for the website where you have to punch in your numbers every time? Since I would probably have to do that anyways with the amount of salvaging I do.
Edit: Another bonus would be to input current market prices so you could at a glance see the value of your salvage compared to costs of buying the rigs. Get a feel for whether it would be better to build or to clear house and purchase.

I don't have the URL handy - but I can post it tonight. its a nice site, works in game too I think. The big problem is that it doesn't save your stock, which is a pain.
I probably won't add support for BPO's owned or prices per rig/salv component. If I can figure out eve-central's URL format, then i can just link to their site so you can inspect on your own. Thats not a high priority right now.
Can anyone post the formula for components required considering BPO ML? I'm using values from http://eveinfo.com/rigs/, which has Prod Efficiency of 0 and ME of 0 for its calculations I think. For example, CCC I rig is listed at 22 melted caps, but I'm pretty sure I only need 20 to build in game, with 25 ME, and lvl 5 Prod Efficiency. I'll have to double check those numbers tonight.

No, because even with dual monitors I can't click out of EVE without it getting minimized so entering all my rig data becomes a huge PITA. And I don't want to take a screenshot of my rigs, then reference that because it's messy.
What would be freaking awesome is an app that would screencap my rig inventory, OCR it for rig data, populate it, then show me what I can build. That would be impressive. Anything less and I'd just use the Rig Factory since it's IGB compatible. ----------- Support fixing the EVE UI Drones should not aggro anything missiles or turrets do not. |

Ahh, I understand your predicament. I'm not going to do any OCR - this is going to be quick and easy. I use two PC's, so I don't have the problem you do. You could try windowed mode - although i know thats not a good solution.
Thanks for posting the link btw. Thats the one I was talking about.

Another website that does this is Grismar's Rig page.
I haven't used it in a while, but it allows you to enter stuff through the IGB. I don't think it has save, but it might be useful.

Have you tried using windowed mode? You can change the size so it's the same as full screen easily but still be able to click outside of the window.

Sign me up for it, I would definetely use it. The other sites are ok but what a pain having to enter the amount each time. Where do I send the isk?

I've uploaded a very, very beta version here:
http://dl.eve-files.com/media/0710/RigDatabase.zip
It may crash and burn. it may not save your rig numbers. It definitely doesn't have all the rigs in it right now. I did most of the Armor rigs, plus a few others that interest me. If you want, give it a try - you'll need the .net framework, 2.0.
Please let me know any errors you come across.
Broken stuff: All t2 rigs are currently missing most non armor rigs are missing the "build this" button doesn't do anything but look pretty
Thanks!

Rattus: Nice sheet. I use the eve-online item database to get the perfect ME values, but yours has it all in one spot, plus it shows the perfect ME value. Thats useful.
My app goes along a bit of a different line of functionality - I don't really care about ME (I assume perfect) or production efficiency. I just want to save the salvage that I have on hand, and display what can be built from it. If I run a mission and get another 10 trit bars, then I can open the app, and just increment my trit bar count from 1000 to 1010.
I didn't put the ME/PE in because there are plenty of other apps/spreadsheets/websites that calculate that. I use a spreadsheet I found on the modules forum that has nearly every t1 item built into it already, pretty nice.
Anyway, thanks for posting your salvage/rig tools, and keep em comin!

Edited by: MercedesBenz on 04/10/2007 19:54:11 if you can include T2 rigs too, if at all possible, that would be awesome, I got a collection of t2 parts and I got no idea what I can build with them.
Edit: OMG you did!!! Thank you!
