So I'm running short on ogres, load up market channel and find a smoking deal on ogres - 80,000 isk a piece. So I think "Great, I'll buy 20"
Yeah, only shortly after I looked at my wallet did I realize it was 800,000 a piece. Well I'm short 16M isk now. Sad thing is I knew very well of this style market scam.

Know how you feel. I've accidently sold my Moa for 770.000isk when I wanted to sell it for 7.7mill.
And for some reason the buyer hasn't responded to my mail

One of the reasons I'd like to be able to withdraw my money again and leave it in a cash pile on the floor. Not having it, saves me from accidently spending it on errors like this.
Never has happened to me before, but I just know it will. Especially when it'll be late at night, I'm drunk behind the wheel and just lost a ship.
Hard to count all those zero's and with living in Europe and dealing a lot with people that use ',' instread of '.' between their number things tend to get a wee bit confusing.

I think you can adjust it -- check the "prefs.ini" file in the \cache folder of EVE, you can find following lines in there:
decimal=.
digit=,
so i guess it's possible to use different characters by changing those lines. ^^;

Cost price for ogres is around 55k. And dropping, since mega's crashed through the 9k floor now.

carman.... first id like to say sorry for your shortfull in ISK ....but would like to say that u do NEED to look at what your bying.... ive not ripped anyone off or sold u anythink that u didnt want (u clicked the OK button) they were on the market to keep them out of my hanger.... and on at a high price so no one would by then (unless they REALLY wanted em )
just like to let u into another thing that happened on the market a few months ago .....
a seconed acct of mine was in fountain and an alt was there in the same station.... i had 2 ships 1 a thorax and a bestower.... i wanted to move came (which was 40 jumps away) sooo what i did was put the bestower on the market for 3mil ( yes 3mil i hear u all say) then i was ganna give my Alt 3mil to by it back..... guess what ..... bugger me if some one didnt by it befor my Alt could ....
so chaps  WATCH WHAT U BY AND FOR HOW MUCH FOR
CARMAN if i see u around ill sort u ok heheheh (god i love this game)......
