flummox	Posted - 2007.09.26 02:19:00 - [31] the point of this patch was to make me redo all my settings... again... love that Vista compliance, too. works great on my XP machine! see you in an hour when i'm finally done resetting every window for everything i use... yeah. i'm ****ed. deal with it... ... bring me my cheese... i love cheese... Barbens	Posted - 2007.09.26 05:49:00 - [33] Well patches are very important in EVE. See, the server gets holes in it sometimes, letting little bits of content and game loose into the world. Now seeing as we dont want a global epidemic on our hands, we have to have patch days. When the patch is applied, the leak is stopped, and sha-zam! All is well in EVE again, and the world is safe. Don't launch Eve from the patcher. Close it and restart from the Exe/shortcut...fixed that problem for me. Frankly I don't care about the language issues. Lets address the old big problems please.
