We had a small database issue that caused the server to crash, fortunately this doens't appear to be tied to our recent week of crashes.
Please check back for updates which will be posted as soon as we get them.

It appears a backup process hanged this morning and just now the files took all the space on our second RAMSAN. We failed to see that it filled up which means it filled up and the server crashed. We are running this process now and as soon as it's done we will start up Tranquility.

It begs the question what the consequences of a major
database issue would be. Small database issues crash
the production servers entirely for hours during peak
time. Major database issues render the data-centre to
ashes in the ensuing explosion.
