I'm talking about out of game, but game related services.
To give a more detailed example, if someone set up a web site that tracked your profits and losses, but charged a monthly ISK fee to use the site, is this against the EULA?
Note, I'm not talking about ISK selling, the ISK would stay in game and be used in normal play.
So, allowed? Frowned on? Outright against the rules?

I'd assume that's fine, since people are selling killboard services and forum signatures for isk on the forums with no banhammers flying.

Everything that directly relates to EVE (and EVE alone) can have an ISK subscription model.

ppl do do out of game services for isk... some of the ones i have heard of are:
Forum sig design
Web design
Hosting space
Services like quickfit and evemon, though they do not charge isk do ask for a voluntary donation...

This sort of thing is allowed. There is alread atleast one provider of a similar product, that even has a dev saying what a good idea it was. Good luck with your project. The Tech Lab is likely your best resourse for actually building the project. Then use the Sell Orders to offer the finished version to the community.
