So as Stins say, I should always be present, anyone claiming otherwise (with the exception of myself) is most likely a scammer trying to attempt to rip you off.

If anything, this way is better; if the government screws up, there's no individual to blame. If Chribba screws up... well, he doesn't. So that makes him better than the government.
