What is the highest bounty rat you have taken out in a rifter by yourself? And what where your fittings?
The best I have ever done was 2 57k angel's
High:
3 150mm light auto's
1 standard launcher(saber)
med:
1 1mn AB
1 statius webber
1 warp disruptor
lows
3 named over drive injectors
I used the webber and made one stand still got in close took him out and repeat
I only lost 1/4 of my shild in the beginning because I was flying straight to them
please share your stories

If it's a ratting Rifter, why do you have a warp disruptor on it?

Ah, ok.
I would definitely switch that standard launcher for a rocket launcher though. You're going to have to go in close to use the autocannons anyway, so you will be in rocket range. Rockets have higher dps and the launchers use half the powergrid of standard launchers.
You might also want to switch the afterburner for an mwd and maybe one of the overdrive injectors for a gyrostabilizer.

I downed npc BCs with my trusty rifter. But, the best npc i got was a little frigate apprently out for some mining, as it didnt even locked me and dropped a sweet 25m worth mining upgrade.

i kill sansha rats pretty easily in the rifter. haven't tried 0.0, but 0.1 systems were doable. they don't hit you once you're orbiting, just takes forever to take the big guys down. i think phantasms are the highest non-true sansha i've taken out. around 200,000 isk bounties. i've gotten around 600k from true sanshas.
i rat with a pvp setup, because i'm usually out hunting and decide to rat when there are no targets around.
3x 150mm AC II
1x rocket
web, scram, AB II
200mm rolled tungesten
small armor rep II
gyro II

You can probably take a 400-600k BC rat no problem with enough time. lowest tier BS rats are also on the list.
Bring lots of ammo.

If I just want to go low sec ratting and avoid most PvP, I set up for PvE.
3x150mm AC,1xNamed Rocket
1xAB, 1x,Med Shield Ex(best fit),1x(rat specific resist) or Warp Scram (if solo gankers are around)
2xShield Power Relays, 1xGyro
Anything up to 200k x 4 ships or less is best for this rifter, imho.
Most of the time I just fly a PvP fit and have little problem but the passive shield setup means I can pay more attention to local and scanner.

ive killed battleship angels in 0.0, cant remember which ones specifically but certainly 950k, maybe a mill+.
its only fun the 1st few times, after that it time it takes is so ridiculous that the frigs respawn before you kill the bs.
tbh its the frigs cruisers and bc which are way more dangerous, the bs`s dont hurt you at all its just if you have enough dps to eventually break the tank.
